Pilar Lastra is an American actress and model. She made her acting debut in the DVD movie "Malibu Spring Break". She had made regular appearances at the Glamourcon shows. After firmly positioning herself for some time as an 'anti-nudity model', she signalled that she had renounced this stance in the most full-blooded manner imaginable when Playboy unveiled her as its nude Playmate of the Month for August 2004, causing surprise and delight in equal measure.

She has also worked to promote greater awareness on a range of health-related matters.

In December 2005, Pilar was featured as one of the models on the American version of the game show Deal or No Deal.
