Pin Ups is a 1973 covers album by David Bowie.

The woman on the cover with Bowie is 60's supermodel Twiggy.

It entered the UK chart September 3rd, 1973, stayed there for 21 weeks, peaking at #1. It re-entered the chart on April 30th, 1983, this time for 15 weeks, peaking at #57. In July 1990 it again entered the chart for one week at #52.

Reissue bonus tracks

Rykodisc/EMI reissued Pin Ups on CD with bonus track in 1990. In common with the rest of Bowie's back catalogue it was remastered in 96 kHz/24bit in the late nineties and a new version, without bonus material, was released in 1999.

A version of "White Light/White Heat" was recorded during the sessions and Bowie donated the backing track to Mick Ronson's Play Don't Worry album.
