Maria Cielito "Pops" Lukban Fernandez (born December 12, 1966) also known as the Concert Queen is a Filipino singer, actor and writer. She started her career at age 16, and is now one of the most popular concert artists in the Philippines.

Apart from her career as a singer, Fernandez has also acted in a number of movies, such as Give me five, Paano ba ang magmahal and Shoot that ball . Fernandez was also one of the hosts of the popular variety show, ASAP, on the Philippine Channel 2. She has also appeared in TV shows on Philippine Channels 5 and 7.

Pops' songs are often featured on Internet broadcaster PhilRadio International, thus expanding her worldwide audience.

She was previously married to the Filipino singer Martin Nievera, but is now separated.
