Rachel Skarsten (born April 23, 1985, Toronto) is a Canadian actress of Norwegian origin, musician (piano), athlete and dancer. Skarsten studied ballet in Toronto Royal Academy of Dance and instrumental music at Claude Watson Art School where she was the featured cellist in the orchestra. Later she was hired to play Bess in the television series "Little Men" and Dinah Lance in the television series "Birds of Prey."

Skarsten has also a likeliness to skiing, skating, swimming, horse riding and plays goalie for a hockey team that won the Toronto City championships.
