Reggie Bannister (September 29, 1945-) is an American actor and director most known for his role as Reggie, a balding ex ice cream man, in director Don Coscarelli's Phantasm
series.

Reggie is best known for his four way shotgun weapon of choice exploits in the Phantasm series in which he starred along side A. Michael Baldwin and Angus Scrimm. It is additionally note worthy that Reggie composed some of the music for the Phantasm series.

Reggie has often been privileged to play himself in his movies, a part which he "really made his own".
