Robert Webb (born 29 September, 1972) is an English comedian, actor and writer, and one half of Mitchell and Webb, alongside David Mitchell. He originates from the village of Woodhall Spa in Lincolnshire. He was educated at Cambridge University, where he studied English at Robinson College.

With Mitchell, he has appeared as Jeremy Osborne in three series of the Channel 4 sitcom Peep Show, written and starred in an episode of BBC3's Twisted Tales and the Radio 4 sketch show That Mitchell and Webb Sound, and put on a number of shows at the Edinburgh Fringe. Both also wrote for and appeared in the BBC sketch show Bruiser, which also featured Martin Freeman and writing from Ricky Gervais.

Webb has also appeared in two series of the BBC3 sitcom The Smoking Room and the Radio 4 sketch show Concrete Cow. In 2005 he appeared in the Ben Elton-scripted BBC 1 sitcom Blessed. Webb has provided voiceovers for several television commercials, and has appeared in a commercial for the Nationwide Building Society.

Mitchell and Webb have written for Armstrong and Miller, and Big Train. They often appear with Olivia Colman, who was in Peep Show, That Mitchell and Webb Sound and Bruiser.

He is currently recording That Mitchell and Webb Look, a sketch show for BBC2 with, among others, David Mitchell and Olivia Colman.
