Rogelio dela Rosa (November 12, 1916 - November 10, 1986) was a Filipino silent film actor and politician born in Lubao, Pampanga.

His first starring role was in Ligaw na Bulaklak opposite Rosa del Rosario. Other roles followed, but were fairly insubstantial during the pre-war years. During the Second World War, while the Philippines was occupied by the Japanese, dela Rosa performed at the Life Theatre and improved his acting. After the war he became the first Filipino to perform in an American movie, The Avenger. In 1956, he won 'Best Actor' at the Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) for his role in Higit sa Lahat.

He became a senator after winning an election in 1957. He then ran for President in 1961 as an independent candidate, but withdrew in order not to draw votes from Liberal Party candidate Diosdado Macapagal, whom he preferred over the Nacionalista Party candidate and incumbent president Carlos P. Garcia. He was also concerned with the corruption in Filipino politics. Macapagal went on to win the election.

In 1965 he was appointed Philippine Ambassador to Cambodia, which was followed by assignments as ambassador to the Netherlands, Poland, Bulgaria and Czechoslovakia.

His made his last foray into politics by running in the 1984 Batasang Pambansa parliamentary elections, but lost.

He died of a heart attack at the age of 70. He was married to his former co-star Lota Delgado.
