Ruel Vernal, possibly sometimes also credited as Ray Vernal, is a Filipino B-movie actor who's achieved marginal fame for his role as the hitman Man with the Golden Hand in the Filipino low-budget action movie Fireback
, directed by Teddy Page. Besides the credit on Fireback and possible other small parts in films produced by K.Y. Lim's Silver Star Film Company, there is no information on him to be found anywhere, including whether or not Ruel Vernal was his real name. Like Ronnie Patterson, Frank Juhas and Gwendolyn Hung, Vernal was one of the minor players in early 80's Filipino Z-cinema.
