Ruffa Gutierrez is a Filipino actress, model and beauty queen in the Philippines. She was Miss Philippines 1993 and the Miss World 1993 2nd runner-up. Gutierrez is daughter to 1960s matinee idol Eddie Gutierrez and actress Anabelle Rama. She is the older sister of twins Richard and Raymond Gutierrez, also actors. Ruffa made over 50 films in the Philippines, and has also been involved in various scandals such as the 1994 Metro Manila Film Festival Scam.

She married the Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektaş in 2002 to whom she had 2 daughters. She now permanently resides in Turkey with her family, though she frequently goes home to the Philippines to do commercials, TV guestings and vacation. She recently guested in Sugo as Marikma.
