| Sarah Douglas (born December 12, 1952) is an English actress, most notable for playing strong villainessess in 1980s fantasy and science fiction movies. Douglas was born in Stratford-on-Avon, Warwickshire, and trained with the National Youth Theatre. She is perhaps best known for playing "Ursa" in Superman (1978) and Superman II (1980). However, she also appeared as villainesses in Conan the Destroyer (1984) (as Queen Taramis). On television, she played Pamela Lynch in the soap opera Falcon Crest for two seasons, Pamela in "V" and more recently in the Babylon 5 first season episode "Deathwalker" as Deathwalker/Jha'Dur.
