Sarah Ann Kozer (born 1973) is an actress and television personality who appeared on the U.S. reality television series Joe Millionaire, finishing as the runner-up to Zora Andrich. She became briefly infamous for a moment on the show, when she took Evan Marriot into the trees for a private moment and purportedly performed oral sex on him. She claims that she did not, the producers merely added sound effects to indicate kissing, which were misinterpreted by many viewers. She was born and raised in the Pittsburgh suburb of Hunker, Pennsylvania).

Prior to her career she graduated George Mason University and had attended law school at Southwestern University School of Law.

Under the name Cindy Schubert, she was a bondage and fetish model.

She posed nude in the June 2003 Playboy issue.
