Spencer Locke (born September 20, 1991 in Winter Park, Florida) is an American actress who has had various appearances as the role of "Candida" on Disney Channel's Phil of the Future. Previous to that, she had a recurring role as "Bitsy" on season one of the Nickelodeon series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.

As a new actress, she has also guest starred in TV shows Without a Trace as the role of Brandee Case in episode Wannabe as well as That's So Raven as the role of Kayla in episode Mad Hot Cotillion.
