Stefan Danailov (born December 9, 1942) is a Bulgarian actor and current Minister of Culture of Bulgaria.

The first film Danailov has taken part was "Sledite ostavat" (The Traces Remain) being a child. At that time he did not want to be an actor. However, later in 1966 he graduated VITIS (Bulgarian Theatre Academy). The biggest fame he gained starring major Deyanov in the popular series "Na vseki kilometar" (At Each Kilometer). He has participated in numerous films and plays for which he won a lot of prizes. Since several years he is a professor at the Theatre Academy in Sofia.

On August 17, 2005 Stefan Danailov was appointed Minister of Culture of Bulgaria.
