| Stephen Graham (born 3 August 1973 in Liverpool, England) is a British actor. He dropped his native Liverpudlian ("Scouse") accent for a London cockney accent in the Guy Ritchie film Snatch. But reused it for MTV show Top Buzzer. Graham also features in the music video for the Arctic Monkeys' number 1 "When the Sun Goes Down", and the short film based on it, Scummy Man.
