Steven Jay Blum (born April 28, 1965) is a voice actor known primarily for his work in anime dubs and video games.

Fans of Cartoon Network's Adult Swim can recognize Blum's voice on CN's Toonami block, as the voice of TOM, the block's robotic host. He was also recently heard in a Geico commercial.
