| Sully Boyar (December 14, 1923 - March 23, 2001) was born Suleyman Geldzvek Boyar in Brooklyn, New York. He was an American actor of Turkish descent. Boyar was one of seven children, all of which grew up to become lawyers, except for him. Worked with Al Pacino in two films: Serpico (1973) and Dog Day Afternoon (1975), as the bank manager Mulvaney. He guest starred on The Sopranos, in 2000, playing Dr.Krakower. On March 23, 2001, while waiting for a city bus in Queens, New York, Sully Boyar died of a heart attack, aged 77.
