Sverre Anker Ousdal (born 18 July 1944) is a Norwegian actor from Flekkefjord His debut was in 1965 at Den Nationale Scene in Bergen. He was at the Oslo Nye Teater in the period 1967 to 1970, and at the Nationaltheatret from 1970.

Ousland has had major roles in the TV-series Grenseland (1980), The Last Place on Earth (1985), Blodsbånd (1998, was awarded an Amanda). He received he Amanda award 1990 for the major role in the NRK play Kreditorer. In 1997 he was awarded the order of ridder av 1.klasse for his accomplishents as a Norwegian actor..

Ousland has had a number of major roles in Norwegian and Swedish film, includig Det Største Spillet (1967), Olsen-banden (1969), 3 (1971), Kanarifuglen (1973), and The Island at the Top of the world (1974).
