Takako Uehara (Uehara Takako, 上原多香子, born January 14, 1983 in Okinawa, Japan) was a member of the JPop group, SPEED, which disbanded in 2000. She is from Okinawa. After SPEED, she began pursuing a moderately successful solo career as well as an acting career, appearing in many doramas and commercials. Uehara has been in the news recently due to her alleged dating of Akanishi Jin, a popular idol belonging to the group KAT-TUN.
