Tania Russof (born June 7, 1976 in Riga, Latvia) is an European pornographic film actress.

Discovered in her hometown by French adult film director Pierre Woodman, Tania started her adult film career in 1994, just two days after her 18th birthday. She immediately signed an exclusive contract with Private Media Group, and starred in several successful superproductions, such as The Gigolo and The Pyramid. She retired from acting in 1999, but still works in the adult film industry as a translator and makeup artist.

Tania married Pierre Woodman in 1995. They divorced sometime in 2000.
