| Tari Signor (born November 13, 1967 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) is an American actress. Signor has had roles in a number of films and television shows. She portrayed Margaret Cochran on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live, a role she took over for Rebecca Mader from November 2004 until her character was killed off in October 2005.
