Taylor Momsen (born July 26, 1993 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an actress. She is the older sister of Sloane Momsen.

Momsen began acting professionally at age 3 with a national commercial for Shake-N-Bake. Then she got a role in The Prophet's Game. In 2000 Momsen won the role of Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Two years later she booked parts in two more motion pictures -- Hansel & Gretel and Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams. For three years she had no major parts until she booked the lead role in the WB series "Misconceptions," which is slated for a 2006 release. Momsen will be in the 2006 films Doubting Thomas and Saving Shiloh.
