Teal Redmann (born September 30, 1982 in Minnesota, USA) is an American actress. She was introduced to acting early on, and by the time she graduated high school, she had experience from radio, TV commercials and theatre.

While Redmann's first big role could have been in The Mighty Ducks
, her part was cut. Instead, her first big movie role was in the science fiction film Chameleon 3: Dark Angel in 2000, and since then she has had roles in a few other movies. However, she is best known for her role as Louise Grant in the television series Gilmore Girls. She has also appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: Miami and Boston Public.

She moved from Minnesota to Los Angeles at the age of 17. She sometimes leaves the city to go horseriding in the mountains, or to go back home to Minnesota.
