| Ted de Corsia (born September 29, 1903 in Brooklyn, New York; died April 11, 1973 in Encino, California) was a radio and movie actor. He's probably best remembered for his role as a gangster turning state's evidence in The Enforcer. In radio he voiced roles on many radio shows including The March of Time and The Shadow. He made his movie debut in Orson Welles' The Lady from Shanghai. He made a career playing movie villains and gangsters in 1940s and 1950s films including The Naked City (1948), The Killing (1956) and Slightly Scarlet (1956). In the 60s, he appeared on a number of episodic television shows including The Twilight Zone playing in episodes The Brain Center at Whipple's and The Sixteen-Millimeter Shrine. Notable films
