Tom Ward (born 1971) is a British actor.

He was born in Swansea, Wales, on January 11, 1971 to Welsh poet John Powell Ward and his wife Sarah Ward OBE, a farmer. His brother Tristan is a solicitor. He studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford. He was a member of the drama society and it was there that he decided to pursue acting as a career. He has fenced for Great Britain.

In 2001, Tom married journalist Emily Hohler. They currently live in rural Kent. They have three children: Jack Ward was born in 2002 and next year daughter Tabitha was born. A second boy was born in 2006.
