Tomoe Shinohara (篠原ともえ Shinohara Tomoe) was born in Higashi-murayama City (Japan) the 29th of March, 1979. She is a singer, actress, fashion designer, producer and artist.

She is known in the anime world because of the second opening of Kodomo no Omocha: Ultra Relax. But she released many other singles and albums some years ago.

She has also taken part in several films, dorama, commercials, TV programmes and she has had dubbing roles in anime.

Lately she focuses more in theatre plays and in her new group PANIKARAQS.
