Tomokazu Seki (関智一 Seki Tomokazu, born September 8,1972) is a popular voice actor (seiyū) in Japan. One of his more popular roles was Touya in Cardcaptor Sakura, where he played Sakura's older brother. He was born in Tokyo and his blood type is AB. He works for Haikyou. He's also one member of the Weiss Kruez quartet, alongside Koyasu Takehito, Hiro Yuuki and Miki Shinichiro.

Trivia

It can be noted that outside of Weiss Kruez, if Tomokazu and another Weiss Kruez band member starred in the same anime, more often than not, their characters would not have dialogue together. One very striking example is Neon Genesis Evangelion, with Tomokazu as Touji, and Koyasu Takehito and Hiro Yuuki as the 2 male operators of MAGI. This observation is most frequently broken when he co-stars with Miki Shinichiro (The 2 are reportedly good friends, with their first collaborations happening even before Weiss Kruez. It could even be that Tomokazu managed to persuade Takehito to add Shinichiro into the story, for Takehito was the creator of the series as well.).

However exceptions can be seen in anime series such as Initial D, Area 88 TV, Meine Liebe, Gravitation, Gungrave and others where heinteracts with other Weiss members.

His voice can easily blend to characters of any kind, comical or dramatic.

Very often, the characters he voiced have very comical sides to their seriousness, e.g. Sagara Sousuke in the Full Metal Panic series and Touji in Evangelion.
