| Tony Barber (born 1940 in Oldham, Lancashire, England) is an Australian game show host and television personality. Barber hosted Sale of the Century (a Reg Grundy production) for the Nine Network, for a span of 11 years. His hostesses during this reign included Victoria Nicoles and Alyce Platt. Barber also hosted the Australian versions of Wheel of Fortune and the short-lived Jeopardy! during the 1990's. Today, Barber hosts a competition on Australian Cable TV on TV1 7 nights a week at about 8.25pm. He has been doing this for the last few years and he seems to enjoy it as his singing career. Recently, he has also appeared on Good Morning Australia as a seller of Dick Wick's Magnetic Underlay products.
