| Too Much Johnson was a farce written by William Gillette during the 1890s that was later adapted for film in an incomplete form by Orson Welles. Because the Welles version of Too Much Johnson was never mass produced, the last surviving copy of the never completed film was lost forever when a home belonging to Welles burnt down in 1970.
