Toshihiko Seki (関俊彦 Seki Toshihiko, born June 11, 1962) is a veteran Japanese voice actor (seiyū) who has voiced characters in anime, drama CDs and video games.

He was born in Tochigi. He has released a CD album. Apart from seiyū work, Toshihiko Seki sometimes does live action drama stage work. He is a member of 81 Produce.

Trivia

Toshihiko tends to voice characters who are very serious or gets tensed up easily, e.g. Sanzo in Saiyuki or Duo Maxwell in Gundam Wing.

To the unwary, he is sometimes mistaken for Seki Tomokazu. (They have the same surname but are unrelated.)
