| Trevor Peacock (born 19 May 1931 in Tottenham, England) is a British character actor who has breathed life into such famous roles as Jim Trott in The Vicar of Dibley, Rouault
in Madame Bovary (opposite Keith Barron) and Old Bailey in Neverwhere. He has also appeared in diverse programmes such as EastEnders (playing Sid, a war veteran Alfie Moon met in France), Jonathan Creek and Between The Lines. Writer of the 1960s pop classic "Mrs Brown, You've Got A Lovely Daughter" performed by Herman's Hermits. Trevor is a keen supporter of Yeovil Town F.C. and is considered a talismanic figure by fellow fans.
