Tuva Moa Matilda Karolina Novotny-Hedström (born December 21, 1979 in Stockholm) is a Swedish actress and singer.

Her carreer started at the age of 16 when she got a role in the TV4 soap opera Skilda världar. After two years as Nora in Skilda världar, Novotny wanted to do something different. She is able to speak Czech as her father is from Prague, Tuva went there to study drama but switched to studying Czech language instead. After 6 months in Prague, Novotny returns to Sweden and her work with Skilda världar. It does not take long until she gets roles in several big movies and her career takes off.

Her name Tuva is from a native American book, where tuva nasavi means centre of the universe.

On 23 November, 2004 she was appointed by Prince Joachim of Danmark to one of four Swedish H C Andersen-embassadors to celebrate the 200th birthday of writer H. C. Andersen in 2005.
