Vanessa Gleason (born August 31 , 1979 in San Diego, California) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy Playmate of the Month for September 1998.

Vanessa Gleason is an animal rights activist, she has natural breasts, she graduated with honors from high school and she enjoys practicing yoga, riding horses and doing Tae Bo. She is a big fan of David Bowie
and she is good friend with Playmates Kelly Monaco
and Jennifer Rovero
. She greatly disappointed her deeply religious parents when she posed for Playboy. When just about every Playmate says their parents were supportive of their decision to pose nude for Playboy, Vanessa's parents threw her out of the house. Hardly a punishment considering that she got to live in the Playboy Mansion for the next year. They eventually reconcilled. She ranked 2nd on Netscape's Top 10 Internet Models.
