Velvet Rose (born June 13 1980 McKinney, Texas) is an actress working in the porn industry.

After spending a year studying abroad in Germany, Velvet returned to the United States for her senior year of high school, then promptly moved back to Germany to attend college. It was while living in Germany that she first started dabbling in porn. Her German boyfriend suggested it, and after shooting a scene, Velvet decided to pursue the matter further.

After four years living as an ex-pat, Velvet decided to move back to the United States. She settled in Southern California in April of 2002, with the goal of becoming an American porn star. She shot her first U.S. scene one week after turning 22 years old.

She is a black porn actress, alongside Obsession (Porn Actress), Lacey Duvalle, Diana Devoe, Ayana Angel and Africa Sexx.
