Vera Lúcia Fischer (b. November 27, 1951 - ) is a Brazilian actress of long-standing reputation and works in cinema and for the small screen, particularly for telenovelas. She was coronated Miss Brazil in 1969 which is what propelled her career to great fame. The film that brought her onscreen reputation was A superfêmea, a pornochanchada of 1973. She also posed for the January 2000 issue of Brazilian Playboy.

Vera Fischer, as she is simply known throughout the land, is a German-Brazilian, native to the city of Blumenau, Santa Catarina state, Brazil. She has a daughter and a son from her respective marriages. She is considered as a notable sex symbol in Brazil.
