Vicca (born August 13, 1974 in Moscow, Russia) is a glamour model and former adult film star. She is 5 feet 10 inches tall and is sometimes credited as Victoria Queen, Queen Victoria, and Victoria Parson. The former Miss Teen Moscow is an ex-European fashion model and in America has been a mainstay of the Dream Dresser fetish fashion collections.

The green-eyed Vicca was chosen Penthouse Pet of December 1998 and 2001 Penthouse Pet of the Year runner-up. A leggy Playboy model picked as one of "Playboy's Red Hot Redheads," Vicca is in the High Society Hall of Fame.

Penthouse has published her various photo sets every year beginning in 1997, through 2006.

As Viktoria Karina, she is a B-movie starlet, co-starring in Secret Agent 420, Hollywood Sins, Beauty Betrayed, Love's Hidden Talent, Corporate Fantasy, and Passion Cove, and has appeared on many Playboy TV shows.

Vicca, who speaks four languages and is a Mensa member, was raised in Russia where she was selected for a national academy of academically gifted children and was a member of the Russian junior national fencing team. After moving to Budapest, Hungary, she modeled throughout Europe and became a top star in European adult films. She came to Los Angeles in 1996, where she became a contract star for VCA Pictures, one of the leading adult film studios, and won the Adult Video News Award for best tease performance.

Together with her girlfriend and frequent co-star Nikita Gross (Penthouse Pet of the month July 1998), a 2000 Penthouse Pet of the Year finalist and fellow VCA contract star and former Miss Kyrgyzstan, she operated a website, viccanikita.com, but it is currently down. She's a favorite of the most award-winning adult film director Michael Ninn, who has cast her in all of his artsy all-girl Diva flicks. His Vicca star vehicle, "Ritual," won the Hot d'Or as best adult film at the Cannes Film Festival.

Vicca was managed by attorney Lucky Smith who drove her around Los Angeles because she did not have a driver's license. After years of taking cabs or being driven, she is a frazzled American driver like the rest of us, albeit with a European luxury car and traffic-stopping looks behind the wheel.
