Wellington (Welly) Yang is a Taiwanese American actor, playwright, and singer. He has starred in the Broadway shows Miss Saigon and Aladdin. Yang has also appeared in numberous television shows such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, As the World Turns, National Geographic's Explorer and Ghostwriter. He is the founder and artistic director of Second Generation, an Asian American non-profit theater company. He is active in the Taiwanese American community and works closely with the Taiwanese United Fund (TUF).

Native of New York. Studied at Columbia University.
