Wendy Padbury (born 7 December, 1947 in Warwickshire, England), is a British television actress.

She is most famous for playing the character of Zoe Heriot in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who. She also appeared in Doctor Who and the Daleks in the Seven Keys to Doomsday (1974), a stage play at the Adelphi Theatre London based on the television series, in which she played a companion named Jenny, opposite Trevor Martin as the Doctor.

Internet surveys among fans of the series have counted her among the prettiest of the Doctor's companions.

Though her last Doctor Who television appearance was in the 20th Anniversary television movie, The Five Doctors, she still makes personal appearances at science fiction conventions.

Her other roles include co-presenter of the second series of Score With The Scaffold. She was also in Freewheelers in the part of Sue.

She now acts as a theatrical agent. Nicholas Courtney, Colin Baker and Mark Strickson are among her clients.
