| William "Willie" Hernandez (born November 20, 1979 in New York City) is an Puerto Rican-American actor. Hernandez was a child actor in the PBS television show Ghostwriter from 1993 to 1995 as Héctor Carrero. More recently, he was featured as a roomate on the Philadelphia season of the television show The Real World. At fifteen years old, Hernandez was forced to leave his home because his religious parents disagreed with his homosexual lifestyle. He and his twin brother Wesley are the oldest of six children, all of which still remain very close.
