Yumi Adachi (安達祐実), born 14 September 1981 in Taito, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese actress and singer.

She made her modelling debut at three years old. Her break was in 1994, with the dorama Ie Nakiko (「家なき子」).

Adachi graduated from Horikoshi High School, where she was classmates with Osaka Kintetsu Buffaloes pitcher Hisashi Iwakuma.

Her real name, after marrying Jun Itoda in September 2005, is Yumi Itoda (井戸田祐実).
