Zubin Varla is a British actor and singer. He performed the role of Judas in a 1996 London revival of Jesus Christ Superstar, alongside Steve Balsamo (Jesus), Joanna Ampil (Mary Magdalene), Alice Cooper (King Herod), and David Burt (Pilate). This production was performed in the West End's Palladium Theater, and was recorded in a full-length CD. Varla has also performed West End roles in Cyrano de Bergerac (play) and Julius Caesar (play). He initiatied the role of Saleem in the first written-for-stage production of Midnight's Children at London's Barbican Theatre in 2001-2.
