Charles Skaggs (born October 25, 1965 in Denver, Colorado) is an American professional wrestler, known for his high-flying ability and high-risk wrestling style. He was an early innovator of the high-flying junior heavyweight style, and was one of the first American wrestlers to use the 450° splash. He is better known by his ring name, 2 Cold Scorpio (often spelled "Too Cold Scorpio" or abbreviated to simply "Scorpio"). Skaggs now resides in Hanover, Germany.CareerSkaggs is best known for his work in World Championship Wrestling and Extreme Championship Wrestling, where he wrestled as Too Cold Scorpio. His aerial attacks won him 4 reigns as ECW World Television Champion and 2 reigns as ECW World Tag Team Champion. He also had a brief reign as WCW World Tag Team Champion, teaming with Marcus Bagwell.Skaggs now wrestles mainly for Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan as Scorpio. He has found success in NOAH's tag team division, winning the GHC Heavyweight Tag Team Championships with Vader and later with Doug Williams. During his time in the World Wrestling Federation, Skaggs used a gimmick where he went by the stage name Flash Funk. Flash Funk would be an interesting character, as he was a friendly, funky, dancer but dressed like a pimp, and was accompanied to the ring by his "Funkettes" (years before the WWF would debut an admitted pimp, The Godfather, who was accompanied by his "hoes"). He later reverted to the 2 Cold Scorpio name as a member of Al Snow's JOB Squad, but it wasn't a success. In late 1998, Skaggs competed in the WWE's Brawl For All tournament, replacing Ken Shamrock. However, he lost in the quarterfinals, ironically, to The Godfather. He has also competed for various American independent promotions such as ROH, 3PW, and the British promotion of FWA. He has also competed in the legendary shows Hardcore Homecoming and TWC International Showdown. At a WRESTLE-1 GP show, in October 2, 2005 Scorpio teamed up with Akebono to face the team of Mitsuharu Misawa and Yoshinari Ogawa. Wrestling factsFinishing and signature moves
