Ahmed Kamil Plummer (born March 26, 1976 in Wyoming, Ohio) is an NFL player who is currently a free agent after being waived by the San Francisco 49ers after only playing in 9 of the last 32 games due to injuries. He plays the cornerback position. He attended Ohio State University. He was drafted by the 49ers in the 1st round (24th overall) in the 2000 NFL Draft. Plummer has missed big parts of both 2004 and 2005 seasons due to injuries.

Plummer is a big guy with a physical style. He gets great position and uses solid technique. He plays smart and reads routes. He reacts to plays quickly and can pick off passes and is solid in run support. He is not a natural, fluid cover corner and relies on brains and technique to make up for raw speed and quickness.
