Rafael Alberto Reyes (born April 10, 1971), better known as Al Reyes, is a Major League Baseball pitcher currently with the St. Louis Cardinals. A right handed pitcher and career reliever, he has played for six teams; debuting on April 27, 1995 with the Milwaukee Brewers and playing for the Baltimore Orioles, Los Angeles Dodgers, Pittsburgh Pirates and New York Yankees over the years.

He missed the Cardinals 2005 playoff run after tearing ligament in his right elbow, and required reconstructive surgery.
