Alexander J. Herrera (born November 5, 1976 in Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela) is a Major League Baseball left-handed set-up pitcher who plays for the Colorado Rockies. Previously, he played with the Cleveland Indians (2002-03).

In 2004, Herrera played with the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, the Triple-A Pacific Coast League affiliate of the Rockies.

In his majors career, Herrera has compiled a 0-0 record with 11 strikeouts and a 5.11 ERA in 12.1 innings.
