Andrew Frank Sisco (born January 13, 1983 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado) is a pitcher for the Kansas City Royals. The 6'9" left-hander was the second pick in the 2005 Rule 5 draft, taken by the Royals from the Chicago Cubs organization.

Sisco was the Cubs' second-round pick in the 2001 draft. A starter in the minors, he was 4-10 with a 4.21 ERA in Class A in 2004. The Royals plan to use him as a relief pitcher. Under the terms of Rule 5, Sisco must remain on the major-league roster for the entire season or be offered back to the Cubs for $50,000.

Sisco posted a 3.11 ERA in his rookie season for the Royals.
