| Angelle Sampey, born August 7, 1970, New Orleans, an American motorcycle dragster racer. She has won the NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle championship three times. She has scored 38 event victories, the most of any female in NHRA competition, and won the highest totals for any woman in motor sports. Along with Shirley Muldowney, she is one of the only women to have won a major motorsport championship title, and she and Muldowney are the only female drag racers to have scored more than ten NHRA event wins.
