Bill Gramática (born July 10, 1978 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) was an NFL kicker for the Arizona Cardinals from 2001 to 2003. He played one game for the Miami Dolphins in 2004. In 2006, he returned to football as the kicker for the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League.

He made 34 of his 45 field goal attempts and all 60 conversions.

Gramatica is best known for tearing his ACL after a landing from a celebratory leap.

Bill Gramatica is the younger brother of fellow kicker Martin Gramatica
. He played college football at the University of South Florida.
