William Robert Singer (born April 24, 1944 in Los Angeles, California) was a pitcher with a 14-year career from 1964 to 1973. He played for the Los Angeles Dodgers of the National League and the California Angels, Texas Rangers, Minnesota Twins and Toronto Blue Jays all of the American League.

He was elected to the National League All-Star team in 1969 and to the American League All-Star team in 1973.
