William Thomas Stanfill (born January 13, 1947) is a former defensive end for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He attended the University of Georgia.

High School Years

Stanfill attended Cairo High School in Cairo, Georgia, where he was a three-sport star in football, basketball, and track and field. In football, as a senior, he was named the Class Double-A Lineman of the Year after leading his team to three Region Championships. In basketball, as a senior, he led his team to the state championship and was named the state tournament MVP. In track and field, he added three state discus and one shot put Double-A titles.
