Bill Tabb was a professional wrestler who sometimes went by the name of The Black Assassin.CareerBill Tabb started wrestling in the National Wrestling Alliance's Jim Crockett Promotions in 1985 as a jobber. He went to Florida Championship Wrestling in 1987 as The Black Assassin and was managed by Oliver Humperdink. He returned to Jim Crockett Promotions and attacked Mike Rotunda one time but never really got a decent push. He then went to the American Wrestling Association where he won a match over Ed Wiskoski by countout. Wiskoski was doing his racist South African apartheid gimmick as "Col. DeBeers" and refused to wrestle Tabb, so he got counted out instead. Tabb then went to the independents in various gimmicks before retiring in 1998.Profile
